Eng. Ahmed Bin Nasser Al-Bedaie is a Founding Partner of Estidama Arabia Investments Holding (Saudi Arabia), where he contributes to the company’s strategic initiatives and sustainable growth. He brings extensive leadership experience from his roles as CEO of Shurfah Holding (Saudi Arabia), Secretary General of the King Salman Charity Housing Association (Saudi Arabia), and as a board member of multiple real-estate funds (Saudi Arabia).

Throughout his career, Eng. Al-Bedaie has co-founded and led several companies, including the Electronic and Electrical Industries Company (Saudi Arabia), Arabian Qudra (Saudi Arabia), and Chromalloy Arabia Company (Saudi Arabia). He has also served as Vice President of Tatweer Building Company (Saudi Arabia) and as Vice President for Strategy on a PIF project (Saudi Arabia), collaborating with the Fund's team and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City to develop comprehensive development strategies for real estate, industrial, and logistics sectors.

He holds a Master’s Degree with honors in Business Administration from Al-Yamamah University (Saudi Arabia) in partnership with Hochschule Furtwangen University (Germany), a High Diploma in Marketing from Washington State University (USA), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University (Saudi Arabia).

AlaaEldin Ragab is a seasoned business leader and strategic advisor with extensive experience across industrial, operational, and corporate sectors in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Throughout his career, he has been recognized for driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and leadership development while contributing to large-scale industrial and business initiatives across the region.

He currently serves at Shurfah Holding Company (Saudi Arabia), where he contributes to the company’s strategic and operational development. Over the course of his professional journey, he has held leadership and technical roles across multiple organizations in the energy, industrial, and engineering sectors, building expertise in project management, operational performance, reliability, and business transformation.

AlaaEldin combines strong technical expertise with executive leadership capabilities, supported by internationally recognized certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt, and advanced vibration analysis certifications. He has also received several professional awards and recognitions from global organizations including GE and SKF for leadership, operational excellence, and project execution.

In addition to his corporate experience, he is an active writer and thought leader on leadership, organizational culture, management, and societal development. He is also the author of publications including Job Hunting Handbook and technical research in industrial engineering and equipment reliability.

He holds a degree in Engineering from Alexandria University (Egypt).
